Greeters are the gateway into our worship experience. We kindle the love and compassion of Christ and share it throughout the entire congregation. Our visitors and members experience the sincerity of our greeters and become relaxed, feel accepted and are given the opportunity to grow and experience a deeper knowledge and higher spiritual height in the Lord.

Mission:

To welcome visitors and members into God's house. Greeters are the visual manifestation of our church motto, assuring that all who cross our threshold feel "welcome, loved and united in Christ."

Purpose:

To the glory of God, every Greeter's smile, handshake and or hug comes from the heart. Either through words of encouragement or making introductions to similarly gifted and passionate individuals, our charge is to help acclimate all into The McKinney First Baptist Church family.

How We Grow Together:

• Connect in Fellowship: We build authentic relationships with guests and members, encouraging them toward Christ.
